In the centre of the town, on larger squares, such as Jelacic Square, at shopping malls like Avenue Mall or Arena Shopping Centre, there is a free WIFI. Just agree to the terms of use, usually there are no passwords, and you will be connected. If you are sitting in cafés or dining out, nearly each of this places has free WIFI, they usually have passwords written on menues or on bills or just simply ask your waiter for it.

Free WIFI in Zagreb

We had only 3 hours to see Zagreb and so realized that we would not be able to do it well on our own as the time was so limited. Inga showed us the most interesting places and we felt that in those several hours we got a good grip on Zagreb's history, culture and architecture. We would not have been able to do it without her. I'd like to add that by the very end of the tour (basically when the tour itself was already over) my granddaughter started to have a pretty strong allergic reaction to pollen in the air. Inga personally took us to the closest drug store and was there with us until she made sure we got the right medication. After that she suggested for us to have a cup of coffee and relax in the nearby cafe, Aida, where the pastries turned out to be the absolutely best pastries we ever had. All in all, Zagreb would've been a much bleaker experience without Inga!
