Štrukli is Croatian continental local dish made of pastry and fresh cottage cheese and cream. It is prepared baked but also boiled. It can be a main meal, but also a desert. Can be purchased at many Croatian pastry shops, ice cream shops and also in restaurants.

Here is a recipee:
400 g of flour
1 tablespoon of oil
Ingredients for filling:
1.2 kg of fresh cow cheese
100 g butter
1 l of sour cream
Mix a solid flour paste, 1 egg, oil and a little salt water. Mix as long as no bubbles appear, then form the dough into the ball and lightly drizzle, then pour over with oil to not bake and cover with a warm napkin. Leave the batter to last for 20 minutes.
Fill: Mix the cheese with 4 eggs, melted butter and little salt and mix until the mixture becomes smooth.
Let us put the dough on the table with a flour, sprinkle with it and fry it with butter, sprinkle with butter and bend it. We spray the spatula with the spoon and boil in salty water, put them in a dressed cinnamon, sprinkle with butter and sprinkle with cream.
We bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C until golden brown.
